We had an awesome time on Saturday at The 400 Bar for Union Shakedown’s CD release party despite the weather causing many of our friends and family to not be able to join us. Thanks to Union Shakedown for having us play with them. We played first and tore it up the only way we know how. It was definitely one of the better shows we’ve played. And then we had birthday cake for Danielle Scofield’s (Lily Pad) and Ryan Siverson’s birthdays while Hip Replacement funked things up. Finally Union Shakedown took the stage and rolled through some funked up traditional blues. And they even had Casie join them on fiddle for one song. We’ve got one show coming up this week, Sunday at Turf Club, and then we’re going to take a bit of a break from our overloaded schedule and take some time to do some writing and finishing up of our EP. We will be announcing an EP release party within the next month so keep your eyes peeled.
